Incorporation Information

Incorporation information which you need before you begin.

The online incorporation form takes just a few minutes to complete. You will need the following information:

Corporate Name - legal name of the entity.

A CORPORATION name must contain: CORPORATION, CORP, INCORPORATION, INCORPORATED, or INC.

A LIMITED LIABILITY CORPORATION, or LLC, name must contain: LLC or LIMITED.

Physical Address - address where the company conducts business. This may not be a Post Office Box.

Mailing Address - address where the company receives mail. This may be a Post Office Box. This may also be the same as the Physical Address stated above.

Officer/Director Names & Addresses  - these fields are optional and may be left blank. Using the online incorporation form, you may use the drop down boxes to choose between the titles.

A CORPORATION may have a PRESIDENT, VICE-PRESIDENT, TREASURER, or SECRETARY, or may simply have an OFFICER, which is an authorized official who has not been designated a title. The OFFICER is the recommended title if you are unsure.

A LIMITED LIABILITY CORPORATION, or LLC, has two titles only: MANAGERS and MANAGING MEMBERS. MANAGERS of an LLC are usually elected or appointed by the MANAGING MEMBERS. Like a general partner in a limited partnership or an officer in a corporation, an LLCs MANAGER is responsible for the day-to-day management of the business. MANAGING MEMBERS are the owners of an LLC. A member can be a natural person, a corporation, a partnership, or another legal association or entity. LLCs may have any number of members beyond one.
